OPT-MEI is adept at managing the full supply chain and logistics of people and equipment necessary to ensure a successful deployment and grid connection. Our staff has managed all types of vessels needed for installation of energy devices, cables, and anchors. We are also skilled at risk analysis and mitigation for each phase of the project, including weather risk.
OPT-MEI can provide operation and maintenance services post-deployment, using our logistical expertise and proprietary Human Machine Interface (HMI) software for monitoring and control.
OPT-MEI has secured permits for projects worldwide including in the US, Australia and Europe. We are also adept at building broad stakeholder support.

We can institute procedures for effective Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) management. We also perform risk assessments and contingency planning for each stage of deployment and operation to identify and reduce risks and future costs.
