Successful Permitting

• Successfully completed permits for Hawaii wave farm at the Marine Corps Base Hawaii – Kaneohe Bay and at Portland, Victoria, Australia
• Environmental Assessment (EA) completed by the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
• Navy issued Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)
• ONR consulted with National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). They concurred with Navy findings.
